• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring all dishes are perfectly cooked and served on time.
• Station Management: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards before being served to customers.
• Time Management: Work efficiently to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during peak service hours.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels and helping with the rotation of supplies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations and address any issues that arise.
• Learning & Development: Stay up to date with new cooking techniques and trends to continually improve culinary skills.
